The WallHiker CH-02 on display is an intelligent solution independently developed by the company to address pain points in the shipping industry. It deeply integrates magnetic adsorption, ultra-high-pressure water jetting, and intelligent control technologies, designed specifically for fast, thorough, and automated cleaning of ship cargo holds such as bulk carriers.

Core Advantages Targeting Industry Pain Points

    • High Efficiency

With a cleaning efficiency of 810–1000 ㎡/h, it improves efficiency by 300% compared with traditional manual cleaning, helping ship operators reduce turnaround time and enhance operational benefits.

    • Strong Adaptability

Capable of overcoming obstacles up to 25 mm high, it can navigate complex bulkhead angles ranging from 100° to 250°, achieving a coverage rate of over 95% for hard-to-reach areas including cargo hold frames and corrugated bulkheads.

    • Safety and Reliability

Operated via remote control, it enables full human-machine separation, fundamentally eliminating safety risks associated with working at heights and in confined spaces.

    • Eco-Friendliness

Adopting purely physical ultra-high-pressure water jet cleaning, it uses zero chemical agents throughout the process, aligning with the trend of green ship repair and sustainable development.

    On-Site Demonstration & Reception

During the exhibition, the WallHiker CH-02 robot attracted numerous visitors, industry experts, and potential partners to stop for inquiries and exchanges. The company’s team delivered detailed product briefings and case sharing, fully demonstrating AKA Robotics’ strength and commitment to promoting “robot replacement for humans” in high-risk operations and driving the industry’s intelligent and green transformation.

This exhibition not only served as an important showcase of AKA Robotics’ products and technologies, but also provided a platform for the company to communicate and collaborate with partners across the electronic information industry ecosystem, exploring new opportunities for the integration of intelligent equipment and industries.Upholding the mission of “A Clean World, Safe Operations”, the company will continue to deepen the special-purpose robot sector and provide customers with more efficient and reliable intelligent operation and maintenance solutions.
