Shenzhen AKA Robotics Technology Co., LTD (hereinafter referred to as “AKA Robotics”) participated in the exhibition with its self-developed rust-removal magnetic crawler robot. Designed specifically for hazardous and special-operation environments. Our robot is capable of inspection, cleaning, and rust removal on metal vertical surfaces — such as oil storage tanks, offshore platforms, wind turbine towers, and similar infrastructure. The company’s R&D team has led or participated in numerous national, provincial, municipal, and enterprise-commissioned scientific research projects. Since its establishment, Xingzhixing Robotics has secured dozens of patents related to wall-climbing robotics technology. We sincerely invite professionals and partners from around the world to engage in technical exchanges and explore business collaboration opportunities with us.

Robotics Draws Broad Attention at CIPPE2019

As a world-renowned petroleum & petrochemical exhibition, CIPPE provides a high-level international platform for global energy enterprises — enabling them to showcase cutting-edge technologies and innovative products, exchange industry insights, discuss optimal solutions, and explore emerging opportunities in both domestic and international oil & gas markets — all within a seamless environment for communication and trade.

During CIPPE 2019, AKA Robotics highlighted two flagship models: the tracked magnetic robot and the wheeled magnetic crawler robot, along with their integrated non-destructive cleaning process. Both robots feature reliable magnetic or vacuum-based adhesion and autonomous obstacle-crossing capability. They can be equipped with various functional modules — such as cleaning units, non-destructive testing (NDT) sensors, or spray coating systems — to safely, efficiently, economically, and environmentally replace manual labor for high-altitude surface operations including rust removal, inspection, and coating application.

Through on-site brochures and detailed video demonstrations explaining robotic operation workflows, AKA Robotics showcased the robot’s outstanding capabilities — including high-efficiency paint/rust removal, efficient waste recovery, eco-friendly operation, and remote controllability — earning high praise from exhibitors and attendees worldwide.
